30. (1) No information given by a person applying to the Bank for financial assistance, or based on data furnished by such person, shall be disclosed or used for a purpose not connected with the discharge of his duties by any Director, or member of the Technical Advisory Committee or of any Committee or by any employee of the Bank. (2) Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of clause (1) shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand taka, or with both.
