The Bangladesh Jute Research Institute Act, 1974

Head Office, etc.
4. (1) The Head Office of the Institute shall be located at 1[Dhaka].
 
 
 
 
(2) The Institute may establish offices and branches at such other places as the Board may think fit.

    The word “Dhaka” was substituted for the word “Dacca” by section 4 of the Bangladesh Jute Research Institute (Amendment) Act, 1996 (Act No. VIII of 1996)
