Funds of the Institute
10. (1) The Institute shall have its own Fund which shall be utilised by it to meet charges in connection with its functions under this Act.
(2) The Fund shall consist of-
(a) grants made by the Government;
(b) loans obtained from the Government;
(c) loans and foreign aids obtained by the Institute with the prior approval of the Government; and
(d) all other sums received by the Institute.
(3) The Institute may open a deposit account with any bank or banks.
