Appointment of Advisers, Directors, Officers etc.
1[12. For the efficient performance of the functions of the Institute-
 
 
 
 
(a) the Government may appoint such number of Directors and on such terms and conditions as it may determine from time to time;
 
 
 
 
(b) the Board may appoint such number of advisers, officers and other employees and on such terms and conditions as it may determine from time to time.]
