15. (1) The Institute shall, as soon as possible after the end of every financial year, furnish to the Government a statement of the accounts audited by the auditors together with a report of the Board thereon and an annual report on the conduct of its affairs during the year. (2) The Institute shall furnish to the Government such other statements, returns and reports as the Government may from time to time require. (3) The copies of the statement of the audited accounts and the annual report received by the Government shall be published in official Gazette and laid before Parliament.
