Power to make regulations
19. (1) The Institute may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, or the rules made thereunder, to provide for all matters for which provisions are necessary or expedient for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
(2) All regulations made under this section shall be published in the official Gazette and shall come into force on such publication.
