Punishment for causing death while committing an offence under section 24

25. Whoever causes death while committing an offence or attempt thereof under section 24 of this Act shall be punishable under the provisions specified for causing death or attempt thereof in the Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. XLV of 1860).
