The Bangladesh Unnayan Gobeshona Protishthan Act, 1974

1[Chairman]
8. (1) The Minister for Planning, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, shall 2[ex-officio be the Chairman of the Protishthan].
 
 
 
 
(2) The 3[Chairman] may from time to time nominate a 4[Trustee] of the Board to act in his place in the Board.
