OF THE DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF TRUSTEES

Deposit in Government Savings Bank
21. Nothing in section 20 shall apply to 1[* * *] in case the trust-money does not exceed three thousand taka a deposit thereof in a Government Savings Bank.

    The words, commas and figure “investments made before this Act comes into force, or shall be deemed to precluded an investment on a mortgage of immovable property already pledged as security for an advance under the Land Improvement Act, 1871 or” were omitted by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973)
