76. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code, an appeal from an order made by a Court under the provisions of this Act shall lie-(a) if the order passed by a Juvenile Court or a Magistrate empowered under section 4, to the Court of Session; and(b) if, the order is passed by a Court of Session or Court of an Additional Sessions Judge or of an Assistant Sessions Judge, to the High Court Division.(2) Nothing in this Act shall affect the powers of the High Court Division to revise any order passed by a Court under this Act.
