Amendment of Act X of 1950
8. In the Estate Duty Act, 1950 (X of 1950), in section 67, in sub-section (3), for the word, brackets, figure and letter “sub-section (5A)” the word, brackets, figures, comma and letters “sub-sections (1), (1A) and (5A)” shall be substituted.
