Amendment of E.B. Act XVI of 1950
9. In the Finance Act, 1950 (E. B. Act XVI of 1950), in section 3, in sub-section (1), in clause (d), for sub-clause (iii) the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(iii)(a) clearing, forwarding agents registered at a customs-port. 2,000
(b) clearing, forwarding agents registered at a land customs-station or a customs-air-port. 1,000”.
