SURRENDER OF FUGITIVE OFFENDERS
Simultaneous requisitions
14. If requisitions for the surrender of a fugitive offender are received from more than one treaty State, the Government may, having regard to the circumstances of the case, surrender the fugitive offender to such State as it may think fit.
