OF TRANSFERS OF PROPERTY BY ACT OF PARTIES

(A) Transfer of Property, whether moveable or immoveable

Prior disposition not affected by invalidity of ulterior disposition
30. If the ulterior disposition is not valid, the prior disposition is not affected by it.

A transfer a farm B for her life, and, if she do not desert her husband, to C. B is entitled to the farm during her life as if no condition had been inserted.

    Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the words “Bangladesh”, “Government” and “Tk.” were substituted, for the words “Pakistan”, “Central Government” or “Provincial Government” and “Rs.” respectively by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).
