(B) Transfer of Immoveable Property

Immoveable Property under a contract for sale not to be transferred
2[53B. No immoveable property under a contract for shall be transferred except to the vendee so long the contract subsists, unless the contract is lawfully rescinded, and any transfer made otherwise shall be void.

    Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the words “Bangladesh”, “Government” and “Tk.” were substituted, for the words “Pakistan”, “Central Government” or “Provincial Government” and “Rs.” respectively by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).
