The President's (Remuneration and Privileges) Act, 1975

An Act to provide for the remuneration and privileges of the President.

 
 
 

WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the remuneration and privileges of the President;

 
 
 
 

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

 
 
 

Short title and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be called the President's (Remuneration and Privileges) Act, 1975.
 
 
 
 
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th day of January, 1975, except sub-section (2) of section 4 which shall come into force at once.
