Sumptuary allowance
4. (1) The President shall receive the full amount spent on entertainment as sumptuary allowance in a year.
(2) The Military Secretary to the President shall be the drawing and disbursing officer of the sumptuary allowance.
(3) The sumptuary allowance shall not be subject to audit.
