The President's (Remuneration and Privileges) Act, 1975

Discretionary grant
7. (1) The President shall be entitled to a sum of Taka 1[2,00,00,000] per annum as discretionary grant.
 
 
 
 
(2) The expenditure from the discretionary grant shall be subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Government.

    The figures and commas “2,00,00,000” were substituted for the figures and commas “1,00,00,000” by section 2 of the President’s (Remuneration and Privileges)(Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act No.VIII of 2013).
