Construction of certain references to Act IX of 1908
3. All references in any Act or Regulation to sections 26 and 27 of the 1[Limitation Act, 1908, shall] be read as made to sections 15 and 16 of this Act.

The words, commas and figure “Limitation Act, 1908, shall” were substituted, for the words, commas and figures “Indian Limitation Act, 1877, or to sections 27 and 28 of Act No. IX of 1871, shall in the territories to which this Act extends,” by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973)
