(1) The Review Board may, if it considers necessary for the purpose of review of any order or declaration, examine any person or require any person to produce any record, document or other material in his possession or control for its examination. (2) The Review Board shall have the same powers as are vested in a Civil Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908), for the purpose of-(a) enforcing the attendance of any person for examining him; and (b) compelling the production of any record, document and other material.]
