Composition of the Board
4. (1) The Board shall consist of a Chairman and six other Trustees to be appointed by the Government.
(2) The Chairman and the other Trustees shall hold office for a period of three years:
Provided that the Government may terminate the appointment of the Chairman or any other Trustee before the expiration of his term.
