Chapter VII

OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE

Penalty for keeping or storing building materials or other articles in street or public place
1[72A. Whoever causes obstruction in any street or public place by keeping or storing building materials or other articles therein shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand taka, and such materials or articles shall be liable to be confiscated to the Government.]
