Chapter VII

OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE

Requisitioning of vehicles
1[103A. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Police Commissioner may, by order in writing, requisition any vehicle, for a period not exceeding seven days, if such vehicle is required in public interest.
 
 
 
 
(2) Whenever any vehicle is requisitioned under sub-section (1), the owner thereof shall be paid such compensation as may be prescribed.]
