Stamping of signature
107. Every licence, written permission, notice, or other document, not being a summons or warrant, required by this Ordinance or by any rule or regulation made thereunder to bear the signature of the Police Commissioner shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of his signature stamped thereon.
