The Pharmacy Ordinance, 1976

Examination for registration as pharmacists
28. (1) For the purpose of registration as pharmacists, the Council may after giving notice in this behalf, hold examinations 1[* * *] in every year.
 
 
 
 
(2) An examination under sub-section (1) shall be held at least at three places in Bangladesh.
 
 
 
 
(3) Notice of an examination shall be published for 2[at least two days] in at least one newspaper in English and one newspaper in Bengali, each having wide circulation in Bangladesh.
 
 
 
 
(4) Every application for admission to an examination shall be made in such manner and in such form as may be specified by the Council and shall be accompanied byÔÇö
 
 
 
 
(a) such fee as may be prescribed by regulations;
 
 
 
 
(b) a certificate of good moral character from a respectable person; and
 
 
 
 
(c) such other papers or particulars as may be required by the Council.
