The Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute Ordinance, 1976

Director-General
1[9. (1) There shall be a Director-General of the Institute who shall be appointed by the Government on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
 
 
 
 
(2) The Director-General shall be a whole time officer and the chief executive of the Institute.]
