PENALTY AND PROCEDURE

Penalty for contravention of section 42
65. A person shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to Taka 2[fifteen thousand or with both], if he fails to deliver certificate of competency or licence which has been suspended or cancelled, as required by sub-section (2) of section 42.
