1Chapter VI

PENALTY AND PROCEDURE

Penalty for Contravention of sections 54A, 54B and 58A
2[68B. The owner and the master of an inland ship shall each be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to Taka thirty thousand, or with both if any of them contravenes the provisions of section 54A, 54B or 58A.]
