PENALTY AND PROCEDURE

Penalty for other contraventions
72. A person shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Taka 2[ten thousand] if he intentionally contravenes any of the provisions of this Ordinance for the contravention of which no penalty is provided elsewhere in this Ordinance.
