PENALTY AND PROCEDURE

Trial of offences by the Magistrate of the Marine Court
2[73A. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance or in any other law for the time being in force, a Magistrate of the first class presiding over the Marine Court constituted under section 47 may also try an offence punishable under this Ordinance as a Court of the Magistrate of the first class.]
