2. In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Corporation;(b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board;(c) “Corporation” means the Bangladesh Biman Corporation established under section 3;(d) “Director” means a Director of the Corporation;(e) “Managing Director” means the Managing Director of the Corporation;(f) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules or regulations made under this Ordinance.
