Chapter I

CONSTITUTION AND COMPOSITION OF PAURASHAVAS

Oath of office
8. Every Chairman and commissioner of a Paurashava shall, before he enters upon his office, make in the prescribed manner and within the prescribed period, an oath in the prescribed form.
