Appeals
144. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by a Paurashava or its Chairman in pursuance of this Ordinance or the rules or by-laws may appeal to such authority, in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed.
(2) Any order passed in appeal shall be final and shall not be called in question in any Court.
