Commissioners, etc., to be public servants
155. Every Chairman, commissioner, officer and employee of a Paurashava, and every other person duly empowered to act on behalf of a Paurashava, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
