Public servants
15. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, 1[Director-General], members, advisors, consultants or officers and other employees of the Bureau shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Ordinance or the rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
