10. (1) There shall be a fund of the Board to which shall be credited-(a) grants and loans from the Government;(b) loans raised in Bangladesh;(c) aids and grants received from foreign countries or organisations with the prior approval of the Government;(d) income from investments and properties; and(e) cess collected under this Ordinance. (2) The fund of the Board shall be utilised by the Board to meet the charges in connection with the functions under this Ordinance and all payments of the Board shall be made out of that fund. (3) The fund of the Board shall be kept in such bank or banks as may be approved by the Board. (4) The Board may invest its funds in such securities as may be authorised by the Government.
