2. In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- ¹[(a) “Advisory Committee” means an Advisory Committee constituted under section 15; (aa) “Advisory Council” means the Advisory Council constituted under section 13;] (b) “Board” means the Board of the Council constituted under section 7; (c) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Council; (d) “Council” means the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research established under section 3; ²[ * * *] (f) “member” means a member of the Council and includes the Chairman; (g) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules or regulations made under this Ordinance.
