The Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Ordinance, 1978

10. 1[(1) There shall be a Secretary of the Council who shall be appointed by the Government on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Government.]
 
 
(2) The Secretary shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or assigned to him by the Board and the Chairman.
