2. In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a) “Academy” means the Bangla Academy constituted under section 3;(b) “Mahaparichalak” means the Mahaparichalak of the Academy appointed under section 13;(c) “Parishad” means the Karja Nirbahi Parishad of the Academy constituted under section 10;(d) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Ordinance;(e) “Sachib” means the Sachib of the Academy appointed under section 14.
