Accounts and audit
18. (1) The Academy shall maintain proper accounts, prepare annual statement of accounts and present the accounts for audit in such form as may be determined by it in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of Bangladesh, hereinafter referred to as the Auditor-General.
(2) The accounts of the Academy shall be audited by the Auditor-General or any officer authorised by him every year in such manner as the Auditor-General may think fit.
