Penalty for bathing or washing in places not set apart for the purpose
84. Whoever baths or washes in or by the side of a public well, tank, pond, pool or reservoir not set apart for such purpose by order of the Police Commissioner shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred Taka.
