Chapter I

PRELIMINARY

Title, extent and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be called the 1[* * *] Small Cause Courts Act, 1887.
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh; and
 
 
(3) It shall come into force on the first day of July, 1887.
