Public Servant
16. The Chairman, members, Director, officers and employees shall while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any provision of this Ordinance or by-laws made thereunder, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
