Accounts of Receipts and Expenditure
18. (1) The Director shall maintain the accounts of all receipts and expenditures of the Centre in the manner as may be prescribed and such accounts shall be audited annually by Chartered Accountants as may be appointed by the Board in this behalf, a report of which shall be submitted to the Board.
(2) Copies of such audited reports shall be supplied to the donors.
