Annual Report and Statement of Accounts
19. The Director shall, as soon after the end of every financial year as may be directed by the Board, prepare for the Board an annual report of the working of the Centre and a statement of receipts and expenditure of the Centre. Following the approval by the Board it shall be circulated to the donors.
