22. The Chairman, Trustee, Director, Officers, and employees-(a) shall be immune from any legal process with respect to any acts performed by them in their official capacity except when the Board or the Director waives their immunity, which should be reported to the Board; and(b) those who are nationals of countries other than Bangladesh, and their spouses and dependents, shall be free from immigration restrictions, other than normal visa requirements, and alien registration requirements in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Government.
