13. (1) The medical licences or diplomas granted by medical institutions in or outside Bangladesh which are included in the Fourth Schedule shall, subject to such conditions, if any, as specified therein, be registrable medical licences or diplomas for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Council may, by notification in the official Gazette, amend the Fourth Schedule so as to include therein, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified, any medical licences or diplomas in respect of which the Council is satisfied that it is of sufficient standing to warrant its being included therein. (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the Government may, after consulting the Council, by notification in the official Gazette, amend the Fourth Schedule so as to include therein, or omit therefrom, any medical licence or diploma.
