Permission to banks to operate in a Zone
1[14. The Authority may, with the approval of the Bangladesh Bank, permit banks, foreign and local, to operate within a Zone and to have as their constituents persons not resident in Bangladesh and to accept deposits on current account or otherwise from such persons.]
