Definitions
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
(a) “Article” means an Article of the Constitution;
(b) “dispute” means a dispute mentioned in clause (4) of Article 66;
(c) “Election Commission” means the Election Commission established under Article 118.
