The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1980

Definitions
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
 
 
 
 
(a) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act;
 
 
 
 
1[(aa) “statutory public authority” means an authority, corporation, or body specified in the Schedule to this Act; and]
 
 
(b) “Tribunal” means an Administrative Tribunal or the Administrative Appellate Tribunal established under this Act.
